Inaccurate or incomplete information may cause your commission
to be delayed until the next payment cycle.
Instructions
Log in to your back office and go to Get Started - Setup Commission.
Then choose Bank Wire Transfer, Solid Trust Pay, or Liberty Reserve
and complete the information required for your choice.
If you choose Bank Wire Transfer we need to know about you
and your account. Contact your bank to be sure all the required
information, especially the ABA, SWIFT, or National Id is correct.
If you choose Solid Trust Pay be sure your username is entered
correctly. Remember the username is case-sensitive so UPPER CASE
and lower case make a difference.
If you choose Liberty Reserve make sure your Liberty Reserve
account number is entered correctly - the format is U with 7 numbers.
We will start preparing the Payroll for this week early Monday.
If you are due commissions, you need to make sure your payroll
choice is updated correctly in your back office by
Midnight PST tonight!
